We will need to know the exact rules before we can tell you about the house edge. You said that it is similar to Casino War but maybe there are some differences. If you can tell use exactly what the rules are (Can you surrender? Do you havew to double your bet on a tie?) then we can let you know about getting an advantage.

There has been some research into beating Casino War, but I don't know if it is applicable to this game.

I am pretty sure that I have explained the rules. But I will do it again.

Let's say my bet is 10 dollar. Unless it is a tie I am either going to win 10 dollar or lose 10 dollar.
In case of a tie these things can happen.

1. I ask to (surrender/push)-I have never seen anyone take this option so I don't know if I will lose 50% or keep my bet.

If i go to combat/war over the tie the The DEALER puts 10 dollar next to mine and draws one new card each.

2. If I lose the dealser will take my 10 dollar along with the 10 that he put there.

3. If I win I get to keep the 10 that the dealer put there before.

4. If we get another tie the dealer will pay me another 10 and I can keep the money that is already there.

The game i dealt from a 6d shoe with 2 decks cutoff.

you can bet on a tie that pays 10 to 1(of course I would not do this)

That is really all that there is to it.

The movie I wanted to see wasn't showing at the movie so I went and took a look at this game again.
Aparently the rule about not having to double your bet on ties to go to combat was only a promotion that would end that night. Since still think I should have an advantage I decided to take my chances and try my luck.
However I lost all my money( I only brought 20 since I didn't really plan to go to the casino).
And now I don't have a opportunity to try and win it back.
I got lucky the next day though when i found a dealer who cut away half a deck or less in a BJ shoe game.:D . I had the best session of my life.:D :

well They have. Every casino has one i think( wonder why:confused: ). It is just that since my bank and creditcard is foreign I have to pay a fee every time I take out money. And since i didn't really plan to go in the first place, I was just going to stay for an hour or two so I decided it wasn't worth the trouble.
