As I just reported in the Southern US forum, this game doesn't actually offer early surrender, despite signs that claim the contrary. In addition, the max bet has recently been lowered from $1000 to $200.

The penetration for this game is actually 70%. Automatic shuffle at the 4.2 deck level. A courtesy shuffle may be requested. It may or may not be granted, depending on the PC.

Despite the signs saying Early surrender available they don't have it.

I found out yesterday when I returned to the game and got dealt 16 against an A. I quickly said "surrender" and then got into an argument with the dealer about what "early" surrender meant. The Pit boss furthered it despite me even telling them to go online and google "early surrender" definition.

False hopes.

The penetration level is around 4.5 decks as well, whoops. I was going by what one PB told me but I counted out how many cards were dealt for a few shoes and the counts were between 225 and 250 cards dealt out.
