1. A Free Cruise. You get a complimentary cabin for up to 4 pax on a 5 star ship for a 3N/4D cruise.
2. You will receive a prize money of $1000 (Average) in single bet voucher. (Single bet voucher is like your house chips, 1 bet, win or lose and the house will take the voucher away). Based on total prize money of about $100,000 for 100 participants.
3.Prize money of $300 for being the best dressed finalist.
4. A souveneir gift for paticipating in the Tournament.

Cost: $50 for being the first 40 paticipant, $100 for next 60 and $300 for others.

Betting Win or Lost: If you want to win the big prizes I think you have to bet big sometime. However if you are not interested in the contest you can just bet min amounts in this Roulette tournament. $10 for inside number bets (min 3 bets) or $25 for line bets. I think the best way would be to bet the opposite line bet say red and black simultaneously so if the 1 zero shows up then you lose $50 and lose $100 in the unlikely event the zero shows up twice in this 20 round tournament session.

Some casinos classify wagering equal dollar amounts on red and black, or any "break even" bet on the same spin as an illegal bet and I would assume it would not be aloud in a tournament.

Reminds me of a funny story of when I was a floorman downtown. This guy thought he came up with a way to beat roulette...bet every number except green! WHY DIDNT I THINK OF THAT??? He thought he was winning until I had the pleasure of explaining how he is getting 35 to 1 for a game with 38 numbers. Of course, he didn't care tp take my advice and went on betting the same way for a couple spins before cashing out and leaving with his goal for the night, a shot of hennessy. Friggin dealer couldnt spin a damn zero, it would have been so funny.

This tournament is on the multi station Touch Bet Roulette system. The computer programme has accepted my bet of $350 on red and black and $20 on the one zero simultaneously before.

Why wouldn't it. You are not making a break even bet. You are losing $20 on average 36 out of 38 spins. What kind of system is that?

I have a story about a even dumber ploppy. A couple of my friends wanted to play what was called "The Pig Wheel", which was a wheel and had a table similar to roulette. There is 40 numbers and 4 "pigs" that act like 0 in roulette. There were 4 section bets, each having 10 numbers. These section bets payed 3 to 1. So he has the brilliant idea of betting 1 dollar on each section, covering all 40 numbers. Well, no matter what number hit, he would break even since he would lose 3 dollars on the the wrong sections, and win 3 from the correct one. BUT, if one of the 4 pigs came up, he would lose all 4! So it was impossible to win using this strategy. Well, me being the AP friend decided to let him know he could only lose or break-even at best... but get this... he KEPT DOING IT! I was just watching and laughing my ass off waiting for the pig to land.

I have made the break even bet here many times before. Also the Roulette here has only one zero.

If you win on Red, you collect $350 and lose $370.
If you win on black, you collect $350 and lose $370
If you collect on zero, you collect$700 and lose $700.

So,36 out of 37 possible outcomes have you losing $20.
Or am I missing something?Aren't you better off pocketing the $20 each hand and just betting Red and Black.

Just betting on red and black.
The one time of me betting $350 R & B and $20 on zero was for that specific bonus hunting ocassion.
This thread here is about Comps.
Forget about what I said about betting R & B. I mentioned it only for those people as one way for them to play if they are not really wanting to contest for the prizes. With the prizes offered here it is silly not to try to win these prizes. Count me in here.
