The Illustrious 18 changes depending on your exact bet spread. People who increase the count very rapidly at high counts will benefit more from rule changes made at high counts, and people who increase the count steadily will benefit more from rule changes made at small counts. People who Wong need not consider any rule changes at negative counts at all.

Hard 14 (including 77) v. dealer 10: +4 and above
Hard 14 (including 77) v. dealer 9: +7 and above
Hard 14 (excluding 77) v. dealer 8: +12 and above

Hard 13 v. dealer 10: +8 and above
Hard 13 v. dealer 9: +13 and above

If you didn't notice, I realized I screwed up one of my Excel formulas and had to redo all the H17 indices. I didn't notice the error at first because I don't play with surrender changes. I just surrender h16d9, h16d10, h16dA, h15d9, h15d10, and 88dA - I don't even surrender h17dA like you're supposed to, because it's way too unusual.

Thank's callipygian for taking the time and effort to post these. Maybe you should stick these under free counting resources.

Also I was just wondering on some of the negative ones, do you Hit oppossed to standing.

Also whats your source.tx

Yes; the Hit/Stand/Double indices are independent of the Surrender/NoSurrender indices. Hard 16 v. dealer 10 will move from Hit to Surrender/Hit to Surrender/Stand, so there are actually two different numbers you need to memorize.

An Excel spreadsheet I made myself; that's why the indices are for infinite deck. So far, I've not been able to find a single difference between my infinite deck simulator and six-deck shoe simulators on the Web, so I'm pretty comfortable relying on it.
