In Stanford Wong's Professional Blackjack book he lists many charts that show the correct index values for Hi-Lo. I use the TKO system which is unbalanced - each deck is +4. Could I use his index charts and adjust his numbers by +4 ? If not, is there some place else that I could find the correct index numbers?

Hi-Lo and TKO are different counting systems, you can't trasform indices.
