Indices for side bets

A few of the casinos around here off a couple of side bets that I've read are pretty lucrative, but any indices I've seen mentioned are for hi-lo. I use the unbalanced Red-7 and I was wondering if there was a way to figure out the indices to take advantage of these side bets. Assume a 6D, H17, DAS, DOA, Resplit aces once, 75% pen.

Side bet one: Lucky Ladies with typical 125-1 payout chart

Side bet two: 10-1 push w/dealer

I have no clue as to how to go about approaching and index calculation for these and any help with be great. Thanks alot!

CVData can also create the indices for you if you want to spend the money on it. Unfortunately with that poor pen you will play very few hands at LL's and expect the variance to be high.
