Looking forward to next bash
I don't think the Chicago area has very good games. I haven't played lately though but the last time i scoped out the places they weren't that nice. I think we will be able to find some place. I hopefully will be able to get some time to play in the future and do some exploring. Well I definitely think that the next BJ bash can be fun and am looking forward to it. Keep me posted.

Maybe i am wrong, but this site seems like a great place to put together some good team play. It seems if things are successfull at the bjbash, why not make this a regular occurance twice a month. Surely with the number of high rollers on this site (or at least talk like they are), a small group should be able to combine enough money to play like the MIT team.
Just a thought. I know its not as easy as it sounds, but I think it could work. Traveling every other weekend jsut like MIT.

obviously there would need to be some preference in who could ba apart of the group, but many of the people on here have been friends for a while I would assume. Plus you could make it legal with contracts Social Securtity Cards, Drivers licences. Get a lawyer involved in you had to. Open an LLC if you had too.
You test people to see how well they can be the BP. Who ever does the best gets his choice of casino. the next casino you have someone else be the BP. All money goes combined in a bank account where money can only be withdrawn with 2 or 3 or 4 singnatures. Everyone invests equal amount of money making it more difficult to scam.
Again just throwing ideas out there - I am not even from the midwest and there are no AP that I know of around me so its a dream for me.

Bash-team play
As to the discussion on the team play and the "BJ Bash", trusting people etc.
I would like to say that all who attended the "Bash" were *Highly skilled*, talented, and Gentlemen of the highest order, believe me when I say this was one outstanding group:grin:. I was then... and am now very proud of this event and those who attended. I picked the location because of the games, package, and the location... a location that would assure that only the truly serious, commited BJ Players would attend, and believe me they were all of that and more. :1st: I trust my fellow Predators, would have no qualms of trusting them in team play, what teammates they would be!!!
It was my plan to do a team play, but my choice game was hit and miss in getting the right conditions for that, and I am all about discipline. When the time was right, as I knew it would be, I had to depart because of my wifes work schedule, or things would have gotten far wilder than they already were going too, and DID become. It was VERY hard for me to leave knowing what was soon to unfold.
As I have stated, the "BJ Bash" is not about "Stylin and Profilin", one-upsmanship, showing off, judging or putting anyone down for any reason. What it IS about is community, fellowship, conversation, exchanging ideas, making friends, eating, family, trust, and *PLAYING SOME DAMN FINE BJ GAMES* and :celebrate. It is really all about the BJ
As to the next location let me say it needs to have fine dd, and 4 or 6 deck shoes, no 8 deckers, hotel on site. But in the end the "Predators" will have the final say as to location, and time. I have already received some fine input from the community here and they will all be passed along and discussed.
