KO Training help

I bought the training software to practice the Ko count for $40. I adjusted my IRC to 0
key 16
pivot 24
ins 23

these are correct right.

So now Im playing and TWICE i get error for standing on soft 18
against 3 and 4 - this is not on my first 2 cards which is a double-

this is a stand no matter what count?right?wtf?

I appreciate any help-thx

Double A,7 vs 2,3,4 is basic strategy in the games I'm used to (6D, H17).

Hi. I know its a double but it wasnt a 2 card combo it was like Ace,2,5 against a 4-it warns me 2 hit this.

Also today again- it tells me im supposed to split 44 against a 5. This is not BS i dont think and no count justifies it under KO.

There was another one too- ne1 else use this software?

If you can double after splitting,then splitting 4s is correct. Which BS are you using?

Double check your numbers again in the program. If you still have a problem its because of a bug in the program. I've had similar problems with this software as well so you are not going crazy!
