Its just a little misunderstanding. A fight club would be nice yet I would want to be up first.. Its just cabin fever due to the frigging weather. Its a little chilly here in vegas at the moment.

Okay,Scott.
Explain to me the dangers of Oscars Grind, modified as I describe..
I don't know about others, but I can't spend 12 hours a day, seven days in a row playing BJ.I suck at poker, don't like craps,am not going to play slots unless its using some of the $250 in free slot play coupons I have,so what should I do? Six hours sleeping,an hour or two reading, two hours eating, six hours playing leaves me a lot of spare time while I'm in Vegas.
What do you do while not playing BJ when in Vegas?
1. Get more sleep!

2. VP is the ticket. There are plenty of +EV games around in Nevada and plenty more that have a house edge 10 or more times less than roulette. Furthermore, at least in the CT stores, machines are machines and a skilled VP player gets comped exactly the same as a slot player! When Foxwoods has their double and triple point specials I'm playing VP with an equivalent cash edge equal to or greater than BJ.

VP should be part of the skill set of any AP. This site is a great one, even though it isn't updated often enough: (Dead link: http://members.cox.net/vpfree/)

In Vegas and AC,video poker gets half the comps that slots get.I'm surprised if its differant in Conn, but it may well be.I have a site somewhere that gives the cb policies for most places,I'll have to look
I play VP,but there isn't much left in AC worth playing.Unless its a 3X or 5X bonus day.Vegas is cutting down as well, esp the Harrahs properties.I think variance is worse at VP than at BJ.
If I can get away with using my free slot play on a video BJ machine, thats the way to go.Sit at the bar and down a few free cocktails while playing for free. But most places won't let you play VP or VBJ with the free play.At least, not the ones I've tried.

BTW- Someone hit the penny megabucks today(Feb 1st) for 18 million dollars. Not sure where, but I'm pretty sure it was in Nevada.

Lets see. I have $250 in free slot play. How,Scott,is playing slots for free not a +EV? Not playing them would be a pretty foolish thing as far as I'm concerned.
But I'm still wondering what you do in Vegas during your non-AP gambling hours? Enlighten us.
How about what you would do,if you ever get there?
Who said you had to be in Vegas to do AP? I've found GREAT AP oppurtunities in the middle of nowhere, advantage plays that would never last with the competition in Vegas. You'd have to be completely ignorant to think Vegas is the only place you can do AP, and that is what you're inplying by asking me what I do in Vegas for fun repeatedly.

You want to know what I do for fun? I do AP's on kids at their gradeschool carnivals. I even started a club with someone, called the Horace Mann Carnival Manipulation Club, where we plot on how to win all the good prizes before all the other little kids do. You know, like rigging the cake walk, raffle, etc. It's a nice way to have a little +EV fun.

Also, what would be better than playing 80 per week of blackjack/video poker to grind out a 1% advantage that you hope will materialize in the longrun with perfect play? What Scott and I do is look for huge advantages so we really don't have to work all that much. I don't have a job. I make all of my money from AP techniques giving me the luxury of ripping kids off at carnivals for fun.

You're correct. (Dead link: http://www.betanews.com/newswire/pr/Nevada_Man_Wins_Largest_Penny_Jackpot_in_History/43577) _CLICK HERE._

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- A Nevada resident became a multi-millionaire this afternoon when his penny investment paid off on Penny Megabucks(R) at the Pahrump Nugget Casino. He hit the MegaJackpot(R) for $18,799,414, the largest penny slot jackpot ever won.

"On my way over to the casino this morning," said the anonymous 66-year-old man, "I actually thought about playing Penny Megabucks(R). I don't know why because I normally play video poker. So after rolling several practice games, I went to have lunch and on the way back to the lanes, I stopped to play Penny Megabucks(R)."

"I put in $100 and after playing $44, I saw five eagles line up and thought I had won about $3,000," he added. "Then I looked up, and the large jackpot on top of the machine had switched from $18 million to $10 million. Then I knew I had won something big."

Best sources for MP coupons
American Casino Guide, available in stores or on-line.
Las Vegas Advisor -www.lasvegasadvisor.com
Both have forums that you can swap your unwanted coupons for others.Although LVA strongly discourages anyone from swapping their coupons.
Thanks kindly, I'll sart looking next week!!
