Loser...and procrastinator!

I very recently had a winning session that was bigger than my largest loss. Largest losing session was about six months ago (I don't have the record in front of me at the moment) and was $5,900. Largest win as of this recent session is now $6,100. Both of these sessions were just a few days.
:1st: You know it! Our advantage and our swings are on two different scales, so different that we cannot relate one to the other no matter how hard we try. Swings are best ignored. Can't say I practice what I preach, because I get pissed about losing too. But for me, the only way to get un-pissed is to go back to the casinos and un-lose!

Seppuku is a bit extreme for losing with a mere 1% edge, but you may "feel" that way at times.
Mostly it was to have to avoid facing friends and family members all saying, "see, I told you no one wins money at casinos."

I'm just being a drama queen, though. As Automatic Monkey suggests, after taking a few days to forget about how much I never want to see cards again, I went to my home casino and won some scratch. Double deck, my old friend. :)

Nothing like a little un-injustice! Un-misfortune never hurt anyone.

Revenge is sweet! Besides, we're the good guys! We're supposed to win in the end. It's only fair!

...

I'm planning on going to Reno for a couple days w/ my buddy from Cali later this year. The 'Nevada - Outside LV' forum (the one you posted in) contained a vague post from me about me going to Reno, yadda yadda and I saw your post shortly after I made mine (shoulda looked harder!), and it seemed to contain almost exactly the info I needed, so thanks a bunch! I'll be sure to post my experience and I'll try to pick up where your notes leave off.

Four digits?? Ouch. How long of a session did it take to manage that?
I actually didn't lose that much in
A single session...it was during a single trip....still painful though!
