In general, small rural Southern outposts that give good playing conditions are very intolerant of winners and can be quick to back off a skilled player.
In such places, green chip players are "whales" and are closely scrutinized.
I have had the shift manager actually sit down at my table at more than one 'country store'.
Also, they most often have little (or no) worthwhile comps to offer.
The bottom line is that - as a rule - they are not worth the traveling.
