New casino in Atlantic City under construction

On the boardwalk strip, there's an extremely tall, silvery, building under construction.
The cranes and scaffolding are still there.
A cab driver told me that it's a new casino, and supposedly will be the tallest and the
largest building in NJ and PA.
I did a quick search on google, but couldn't find any information.
Can someone provide me with a link so I can read about this brand new casino?
Thanks.

Google atlantic city revel.

The exterior of the project is nearly complete, but there is currently no funding to continue the project after that. Stanley morgan which financed the initial 1.2 billion dollars recently pulled out. Bank of China which had expressed interest in finishing the project seems to have lost interest. Revel entertainment recently withdrew it application for a $300 million tax credit, which leads one to believe that they have no intention of finishing the project at this point. The most likely senerio is that constuction will soon halt, and the fenced off half built property will sit there for some time until someone scoops it up at auction. At any rate, don't look for a grand opening next summer.

Revel will not be the biggest building in Nj or Pa. It is suppossed to be 47 floors and 710 feet high. The comcast building in Philly is 60 stories and 975 feet high.

FYI, the hotel tower will be tallest structure in AC at 710 ft, 47 stories, when completed. The tallest buildings in NJ are currently the Goldman Sachs Tower at 781 ft, 42 stories and the Merrill Lynch at 584 ft, 42 stories. For casinos, Harrahs' waterfront is at 525 ft, 44 stories. Taj Mahal Trump Chairman tower is at 470 ft, 41 stories. The Borgata water club is at 457 ft, 39 stories.
