Venetian reportedly bought some of that Fountainbleau furniture to furnish its Sands casino in PA. It ought to give the Plaza a first class look, unless in only serves to make the rest of the Plaza seem tawdry by comparison.

I heard from an architect friend that Carl Icahn is going to demolish the Fountainebleau, finding it worth more as scrap than going forward with the original plan.

Getting back to the Plaza, I heard that one of my favorite greasy spoon breakfast places, Omelet House, has opened in the Plaza.
