Questions about nasty measures.

Would casino's back you off or in extreme cases bar you even if they never had the opportunity to ID you once because hypothetically you always played well below the 10k threshold and you always legally , within your rights, refused to show them your ID which could irk them enough times to the point of nasty measures?

BTW, my new fav board.

You probably don't want my reply again, but just for the record in this thread, it is my understanding that a casino in a "right to refuse service" state (like Nevada), can bar for any reason. That does not mean that a judge cannot reinstate you if he finds the barring to be unwarranted. As for simple back-offs, which they can do for any reason, I believe a customer can return and attempt to play repeatedly without violating any law so long as they are not barred (trespassed).

PS-- What's your old favorite board?

You are one of one the many quite apt and resourceful posters in here, why would I not appreciate your replies? And that is the difference between this and my previous fav: baccaratforums.com. Nobody plays professionally if at all - and most haven't even step foot into a casino - and have no real life experiences! Just a lot of hilarity and banter, unintentional at times, between hapless saps.

I digress, so barring AP players, is that warranted then?
