Is anything besides your actual play recorded on a Players Card?

From a casino's point of view, it seems beyond stupid to me to not record comments.

So if I get backed off, can I ever use my Player's Card again?

No you would not be able to use the same card at blackjack again.

The comments are not put on the card itself, but as soon as the floor swipes the card into the computer all info appears on the screen. Negative comments always show up in the most conspicuous place on the screen and/or in red fonts.

Once you get a problem, your card is history. Use up any comps you may have and NEVER show that card at a gaming table again.
