BJ rules are nearly uniform throughout A.C., with just a few exceptions. There is no surrender anywhere. Everything is S17. If you're asking if Aces can be resplit or extra cards, no, one card per Ace. Almost all casinos use 8 decks for low limit and 6 for higher. However, the Borgata uses 6 decks for all games and has pretty good penetration compared to the others.

AC suggestions

The best BJ in AC is in fact the Borgata; all 6D with resplits to 4 hands, except Aces, with the best penitration. Down side is most tables start at $25 mins ($10 once in a while). Several other games are a close second with resplits to 3 hands. Cheapest rare AC 6D games are at The Hilton, and once in a while at Trump Plaza at the $10-15 min. range.

For the most part in AC, 6 or 8 deck, the games are pretty much the same. House advantage runs around .44 on most BJ games. It's a tough game to beat but if you count, the odds are still in your favor.

My personal favorites are the Borgata, Taj Mahal, and Showboat. Most Casinos offer 6/5 single deck; they cannot be beat; if you like your bankroll, don't try.

You Will Be Agamblenated

Just to reiterate, the Borg has the best rules in AC, although it doesn't make a big difference if you're not counting. The table limits there are very high at night (especially on weekends), but there are actually tons of $10 tables during weekdays (up until around 7 or 8 PM), and one $5 table that's open pretty much 24/7 (good luck getting a seat there, though!).
