Singgle deck rules

Does anybody know the difference between the s/d rules in reno and Miss.

I've only played Mississippi. H17 everywhere, but no restricted doubles.

its been a couple years since i played reno but it seemed like h17 and doubles on every split but aces

CBJN indicates that all the gulf coast single deck si 6:5, and the Tunisa single deck is usually double on any two (slightly more generous than Reno, where half the places restrict doubling to 10-11)

No double after split anywhere.

Blackjack payours

I've only played Mississippi. H17 everywhere, but no restricted doubles.

What does blackjack pay 3 to 2 or 6 to 5 if it pays 3 to 2 it is great game but if it pays 6 to 5 run away! Hit 17 is not a horrible rule but it does favor the house. Every place is hit 17 on 1 deck with good rules. If you can split and double on any two with a 3 to 2 payout on blackjack it is a good game in my book.
