The best place to start is right here! We have lots of links to free information on the web and we can answer any questions you have.

Most people start with either the Hi Low system or KO. Those are two of the simplest systems but they are still pretty powerful. Most of the free websites above discuss Hi Low although KO is a bit easier.

In any case, you’ll need to memorize basic strategy before you even think about counting cards. The links above will get you started and we have a Basic Strategy Engine on this site to help you find the correct strategy for most games that casinos offer.

Read and Practice

The best BJ books I've read are:

Blackbelt in Blackjack by Snyder
(Snyder's 'Big Book of Blackjack' is also said to be xlnt)

Blackjack Bluebook II by Renzey
(start with this one. it might be all you need)

Professional Blackjack by Wong
(all you need to know about hi/lo)

Blackjack Blueprint by Blaine
