standford wong s basic blackjack states

all pairs that riders should refuse to bet on the second hands after spiltted

(page 75)

but i want to ask for more details

for DAS , for those hand should refuse to bet on second , are they assume there is no more respilt ? if I can respilt up to four hands , is there any hand that i should still bet on the second hand until to the last one that we can no more spilt again? (for example , 6 6 vs dealer 4, is that we should bet to the last hand until no more respiltting allowed) and anymore hand are such case ??

moreover , another question is about any changes for this strategy if we are counting cards ? for high TC hands , will it be more often that a rider should bet on the second hands?? any details about how large is the TC that which hand we should still continous to bet as a rider ??

Can you post this chart? I'm 2,000 miles away from my gambling library at this time.
