At a 3CP table, I had a drunk civilian take the seat next to me. He had obviously never played 3CP before, so the dealer, myself, and everybody else at the table were trying to explain the concept, and BS (Q,6,4). He could not grasp that the P+ and Ante bets were independent of each other and how the play bet worked. To simplify things (and try to get in as many hands as possible) I suggested he only play P+ so he could observe and learn the game. As a few hands were played out, luck wasn't on his side, and he was increasing his bet after each loss. He kept pulling out cash every other hand, and within the span of 10 minutes, he had probably lost $500. He looked at me, said apparently this isn't my game, and left.
