For those of you who don't like level 3 counts and would prefer a level 2 count, you can multiply the relative EOR's by 5/100 instead of 9/100 and get the following balanced count:
2 - A:
0, 0, 1, 2, 2, 1, -1, -1, -1, 0
2 - A:
0, 0, 1, 2, 2, 1, -1, -1, -1, 0
This count probably hits really hard on a few hit/stand decisions too, 15 vs. 10 being one that comes to mind. Just like if you had a team member at the table doing an insurance count you'd ask him if you hit 12 vs. 2, you'd probably ask a surrender counter if you'd hit a multi-card 14/15 vs. 10.
