I was playing a very fine 6d over the weekend, one that many of you will be playing;),,,,,I got the chance to go heads-up and took it, the count went up and down early, getting respectable at the end of that shoe,+7.

The shuffle is a nice one and I cut that slug to the front area. The count went up into the 2nd deck and stayed high, actually climbing, a guy that I have seen play before wanted to jump in and I asked him to stay out till the next, he did but acted insulted, dumb F^^k. With 1 and 1/4deck left I was +21tc,:grin:, now I opened up with the Fangs and Claws and went to all out battle, it was a back and forth contest going to table max on 2 spots, I was see- sawing with the dealer, but won 4 straight at table max, I was for sure drawing attention and putting on alot of my act. I was also, because of the huge situation, using some ultimate indice plays, the drama was on, the adrenalin was flowing and I was the addicted out of control gambler. What hurt was two insurance calls which the dealer did not have, ****!!!! and I lost both spots. The pit phone was ringing and there was much discussion. I ended up a few hundred, but that shoe could have turned me a large profit. I was able to control the cut for 3 more shoes and had counts as high as +17 but I was not headsup with 3 other players at the table now.

One great thing was that the count always came down by the time the s-card surfaced...how could it not, there was 12 cards left!

BTW, the player who wanted to jump in got an attitude about it when he did get in but he and his wife lost all and quit while I was still having at it. I could tell he blamed me for it because of my exceptional play, which he viewed in bad light, like jumping to 2 spots and back, etc....so next time I see the pri** I will be sure to sit at his table and do it all over again.

 I actually got stopped once as I was walking past some tables and a guy leaned back and said really loudly, "HEY this chick is really good luck let her in!!" I was about to leave and I had no idea what the count was and they were almost done with the shoe so I declined and he called me a snotty bitch. I hope to see him next time and when he sits down to join my table, I will tell him to wait til the end cause hes bad luck. People are nuts about superstitions ;)

It is your money. You decide when to play and when to quit. Ignore those jackasses especially those men who flirt shamelessly.

You must be prepared for anything to happen..people get crazy in a casino, I am shocked there are not more fights.

I would never insult anyone, but will not take insults at me either. The guy who said that should have been ejected.

I think I would have sat down, misplayed a few hands to "mess up the cards" and then left.

Hey!! You know that is a pretty good idea.. I should have done that. Damn! Messing up the hands can really mess a person's game up.

My favorite one is when a guy keeps telling me that I played my hand "wrong." After he does this a few times, I'll ask him, on an obvious play, "How should I play this hand?" After he tells me what to do, I deliberately do something else -- just to p*ss him off!

I only do this with a minimum bet out, as I (usually) lose the hand, but to me, it's worth it to send that guy a message!

Indeed I would pay $10 dollars to piss a stupid guy off!! I like your style. I like these ideas. You'd be surprised how much sh*t I get for winning at a table from random whack jobs.

Just be a little bit careful. You don't want to get him too angry in case you happen to run into him in the parking lot.

I rarely ever acknowledge those that jump on my play. I play with confidence and a smile regardless of what they say. If you want to really piss off the jerk that knows it all, just play as if they aren't even there, because to me they really aren't. Not giving someone even a hint they exist, especially when they're steaming mad is quite effective in driving them nuts without stressing out yourself. I have no time to play mind games with fools. Im there to make money, not friends or enemies. These fools just don't really factor into my plan so I am just usually oblivious to their incessant droning.

Well now you have frightened me! Parking lots already freak me out. If I was big lesbian size, I wouldn't be too scared. But I could be snatched up! I better not piss off any big guys. Thanks.. now every time I walk through a parking lot I will think of you and hope I didn't make anyone too mad.

Also a valid point. Probably the route I will be taking. I have tuned people out my whole life, it comes naturally to me now. I am definitely not there to make friends or enemies. :) I don't want any more distraction than I already have
