This is not completely true. If you try sticking around and playing through the heat, it can only get worse - up to the point of being trespassed. AND; it will give ALL the bosses time to have the image of your face forever etched in their minds. Including the bosses on other shifts. This will ONLY lengthen the time period of which you must stay away.
This is the main reason that most veteran players will tell you that whenever you get backed off, the WORST thing you can do is to argue with them, and the BEST thing is to just quietly and politely just slither on out the door. I can't even count the times that I've been backed off by none other than the shift boss himself - with two security guards standing next to him - and because I followed this sage advice; six months later I was back with a new name and MAYBE a slightly different look, playing in front of the VERY boss and the same security guards who backed me off. Time heals all wounds!
