TKO indices for Color of Blackjack approach

#1
I've been utilizing Mr. Dravot's approach to KO ( http://www.thecolorofblackjack.com/ ) which attempts to replicate the power of TKO without true counting. A downside of this otherwise effective approach is the ability to create indexes for proper play. I'm looking for any information on the proper transformation for a full set of indexes -say at least the 50 most common playing variations - for 2,6 and 8 decks. Thanks in advance for any leads or suggestions.

Pick the illustrious and create rounded ramps for them, just like I showed in my one thread I always link to. Or make life easy and go balanced :)
