1$ bj

If they follow Resorts and charge .25 a hand the vig is close to 25 % --

They used to have usury laws -- wow

Things must be bad all over as I am now getting offers for rooms for Fridays and Saturdays comped ..

Also similiar offers from the Fox and Mohegan

I am not heavy player -- imagine

Trump Marina it seems, has copied Resorts and is offering $1 BJ.
Interesting. 2 of the 3 most rumored to be going out of business (along with Hilton). As if fleecing the few customers they have left will save them now. And speeking of the third. Have you seen their blackjack hold for may and june. less than 3%. AC average is 17%. I guess that's why we haven't seen that game being copied by other stores.

No doubt with the legalization of gambling all over the east coast we will see some properties falter in AC.

The legalization of gambling all over the US hasn't seen any Vegas casinos falter. What this will do is cause some properties to reinvent themselves.

Yes, through the mechanism of Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Some of them may be "reinvented" as senior citizen condos or warehouses.

You really can't compare other venues to Las Vegas. LV for one, being an international tourist destination and a major entertainment venue without the casinos. AC could have been that, but always came up short in everything it tried to do. It's not accessible and too difficult to do business there.
