Video Blackjack???

The machine I saw out here in CA (at one caisno) the rules were typical. It has a min of $2, so people play it. Man, I am glad that they don't have a $2 table. That would be the suck.
If it has normal rules, this might not be that bad a play. If the casino gives comp points similar to it's slot machines, it can be a good play for a basic strategy player..
It does have some kind of side bet for a progressive jackpot. I have never even bothered to look at it that closely so I don't know how you would score it. Maybe some sort of royal dealer match or something.
The real blackjack pit is 2 steps away so if the rules sucked not many people would play, I would think. I don't know how they rate the comps since the HE is probably fairly low (except the side bet).
In at least one casino I go to, the regular tables are $10 minumums, but $25 to be rated. The machine game is DD H17, DOA,NDAS. The machine game is 6D,H17DOA, DAS, Late Surrender. The table players laugh at the "ploppies" playing the machine, as they tip the dealers a large percentage of their EV.
The place my wife and I like to rates you all the way down to the $5 min table. And they rate pretty well. I don't know how they calculate it, but it seems to be based on buy-in, time played and bet size (but they don't watch all that closely). But it seems to be around $5/hr at the $10/min table. And they are willing to give free rooms pretty easily.

2.All cards will be reshuffled after each game.
Game Rules
1.Game Rules Dealer must hit at 16 or below, stand on 17 or above.
2.Split any pair once. No Re-splitting allowed.
3.Split Aces, receive only 1 card per split hand.
4.Blackjack beats score of 21.
5.Player automatically gets 21 if he draws 7 cards without busting.
6.Max bet limit applies to initial bet.
Those seem to be the rules. CSM....They are made by a company called TableMAX.

I wouldn't play it anyway...but...you are right, it makes no mention of 3:2. Since it does not say it I would assume it is 3:2 since most of the novelty games do mention what the payout for a natural is (e.g. 6:5 single deck).
