Video Of My Strategy

Unfortunately there has been much misunderstanding about how my strategy works and consequently many failed tests by various users. I have made extensive efforts to explain how the strategy works, but the printed word has limitations. Therefore I am going to find a way to record my computer screen as I play. I will also try to type instructions in Notepad so that people can understand more clearly what is happening. I am searching the 'net now for software that will do the trick. I will post a link to the video once I am finished.

Save yourself the time. We all understand exactly how your system works. It’s very simple and you’re described it in detail in your other threads. I don’t think there is any confusion about how to use your system.

I'm not mocking at all. I'm just pointing out the fact that your system is very simple to understand. You shouldn’t blame us if we can’t make it work.

I have gone through two cycles now of my strategy. The first recording failed I think because I had sound on. I am waiting for this last recording to finish doing what it is doing. I hope it finishes. It looks frozen...

The video was long. I hope this works...

I can't make it fail, therefore I have no choice but to blame other's failures on misunderstanding.

Or you could base your decision on the facts that so many people have painstakingly tried to explain to you. I guess you’ve already made your choice and no amount of logic or reasoning can sway your judgment. We’ve showed you exactly where your mistakes are. We’ve explained exactly why those mistakes will cause your system to fail. We’ve mathematically refuted your short-term results. We’ve explained why your system will not get an advantage from both a logical and mathematical point of view. We’ve given you countless articles that support these facts. If none of that worked, I guess there is nothing more we can say. You simply won’t listen.

P.S. - Don Frick of Hamlin, PA was struck by lightning twice and he survived. Does that mean that lightning doesn’t kill people? If you ignore all of the other evidence and rely only on one person’s limited experience, I suppose it does.

The system's very very basic when compared to any counting system. It's completely simple to pick it up from what you've already written, unless you are finding giving even basic instructions on your system difficult - perhaps there's some aspect of it that you haven't explained yet, like strands etc etc.
Bottom line is the system isn't working for other people because it doesn't work. There's no great mystery here and you showing a video of you playing through a few hundred hands using this system is a complete waste of your time. It will prove nothing and i'd be very surprised if anyone here will waste their time sitting through it and if they did, the vast majority of them are going to hold the same opinion they hold right now - that your system's just a variation on progression betting.

I created the video successfully now. I was determined. Problem is that it is over 1 GB in size. This makes things difficult.

I should have turned the quality down.

I will figure something out today or another day.

What format is the file? Try converting it to another format that is more compact if possible. Maybe convert it to an FLV and upload it to youtube.

It is AVI. I will try to convert to FLV though I haven't heard of it. What about SWF?

AVIs are usually pretty chunky. An SWF file might work, or an MPEG I usually has better compression than an AVI. The company I work for uses MPEG II and WMV files, but I don't know what YouTube usually accepts.

If your encoder allows you to change the compression rate (often called the bit rate on the software) try setting it to about 128kbps. Be sure to use a constant bit rate and not a variable bit rate. The quality will be low but it should be small enough to record for a long time.

Untrue! Sonny reflects my view as well. You have taken great pains to clear up any confusion about your system. There is no more confusion. It is not a mocking remark. Can't anyone disagree with you? C'mon!

I've stayed mute about this until now but here's my take. If I discovered something like Licentia is claiming to have, I would tell a few very close friends and some family members. I would make sure they told NO ONE ELSE. I would quit my job (which sucks anyway) and spend a lot of time in casinos making money hand over fist. The absolute last thing I would ever do is tell a bunch of strangers on the internet because it wouldn't be long before the game itself was completely discontinued or altered drastically.

Doesn't it seem strange to you, Licentia, that no one can confirm your system? Perhaps someday you'll be a great AP and maybe even discover an actual advantage play that no one else has. Then you'll back at this "discovery" and laugh.

Without even attempting to pass judgment, I'll just point out that just about every major revelation in the history of man has gone through the following stages:

Initial denial of claim
Criticism, ridicule, and persecution of the claimant (and sometimes much worse)
Willingness to examine the evidence
Acceptance
Conclusion that everything was obvious all along
