What do you think of Ken Einigers book?

It's pretty good. It gives you a perspective on how tournaments are set and run, what to expect, and some on how to play.
If you want to learn more about the fundamentals of tournament play I suggest Stanford Wong's Casino Tournament Strategy. It is a good place to start on learning to play several different casino tournaments. The first part is just dedicated to blackjack. After you play several tournaments you might start modifying Mr. Wong's outline to fit your abilities.

I have been looking for this book at our Books-A-Million since it came out. It looks like I may have to order it. This books gets favorable reviews on this site's sister site dedicated to tournament blackjack.
