What the odds

I was at a local casino tonight. I was watching the craps tables. In 100 rolls i counted 75 rolls with a one or a six on one of the dice. Numerous times the dice had 2 one's,2 six's or six and a one.


I know this is a small sample. But it just doesn't seem right. Any ideas on with the percent should be.

The chance of a one or a six showing on at least one of the dice: 5 in 9; or about 56%. Seventy five out of a hundred is a little high, but perfectly believable for such a small sample.
