I'm a little confused about when to surrender (when late surrender is allowed) when you're using the Hi-Lo counting method and the illustrious 18 play variations. There is something called the Fabulous 4, which means you surrender on 15 versus A at +1 TC, 15 v 10 on 0 or higher positive running count, 15 versus 9 surrender with +2 TC, and 14 verus 10 at +3.
Does this mean you don't bother to surrender at 16 versus 9, 10, or A?
