wong out

I've been card counting for about 6 months and been applying it at the casino for about 3 months. I have a bankroll of just over $2000 or 200 units. I also use a preset variation of the Kelly criterion before I get to the casino. The only variation is adjusting the wierd bets to normal looking bets. It is fairly easy with a 2000 dollar bankroll however, I rarely wong out. I realize that I probably should not be too concerned about being caught because I am only using a max bet of 80, (1 to 8 bet spread) but I have noticed that I only get a good count maybe 2 out of 10 shoes. If i leave the table everytime the count is negative and keep bouncing from table to table isnt that a bigger give away. My question is that by counting cards am I still at an advantage by staying at one table when the count only gets big enough to raise my bet 15- 20% of the time, yet still playing all the rest at minimum. I have had good tables where its been positive shoe after shoe. Im just looking for some wonging out guidance. I have also been thinking about doing the counting myself and signaling in a friend as the big player to eliminate the negative expectations, however the only friend that I have who is into blackjack thinks its all about gut instinct. How do I get him to play the system and not his feelings. I trust him very much with my money but Im not sure I trust him to make the right plays. The only other person is my wife and she gets nervous just playing table minimums and as of right now paying for a babysitter wouldnt even be covered by our hourly win rate for both of us to go to the casino. any suggestions on wonging and getting a home grown team would be much appreciated. I live within 10 minutes of 2 casino's so that makes me not want to get caught counting with them so easily accessible

Don't worry about getting caught if your top bet is $80.

Wonging out whenever the TC gets to -1 woul dbe a good idea and would greatly increase your win rate. You could also back count and not wong in until you get a good TC.

Only playing with friends who put all of their trust in the math is crucial...it also seems to be a big help in avoiding gambling addiction. (the latter is of course personal opinion).
