Since in the casino i want to play there're not signs of the rules, would asking the pit attract some atention?

Its a small casino and i plan in playing at lowest stake table (for now)

The casino is in belize and i want to know if its das, double any, split how many times, surrender, etc...

Thanks for any advise

Asking about the rules shouldn't draw any unwanted attention. Don't worry about it.

I can't speak for Belize, but a friend who was in Monte Carlo last spring caught all sorts of grief for asking those questions. He was playing in the Amercan style casino(less classy than the Euro-trash side)
Evidently there are some things you don't ask about the games over there.

I don't see why they wouldn't like you to ask stuff like "Can I double every cards?" "Can I double once I split?" "I heard about a special rule called surrender, is it applied here?" "Is there a limit to the number of times I can split?" to me you would just look like a newbie who don't know the game or something like that. OBVIOUSLY you shouldn't ask about penetration and things like that

I like this approach very much and will use it, thank you

The one thing i don't like is that ppl from belize tends to be very rude at least to us mexicans... not everyone of course but seems many of them don't know the words "thank you", "please" and "excuse me" not in english, not in spanish... anyways i dont go to make friends...
