I very strongly urge you to obtain a copy of "The Big Book of Blackjack" by Arnold Snyder if you want to see the very best
information on making the correct Switch Basic Strategy playing decisions and hand switching decisions.
This is a truly great game IF you play it correctly.

If you mean Basic Strategy, just use the BS card the Wiz has.
If you mean strategy for switch-or-not decisions, you can make up a sheet using the EV's he has there for all possible initial hands and practice with it.
You could use his calculator there but it is for Playtech rules with an infinite deck.
Or, like FLASH suggested, Snyder proposed a general way of classifying hands.
Seems like there may be a bunch of rule variations these days too.
