My friend was wonging at ballys ..... after three hours they caught up on him .... he was then DRAGGED to the beach where they unmercifully beat him ... has anyone ever seen anything like this before
 
i didnt think it was legal. but they threatened to kill him if he said anything. he said they checked his id to get his name before they left him in the surf.

He should get a lawyer and see what his options are. If the story is true I am really surprised. I didnt think this happened anymore...

In the surf? Are you talking about Bally's AC, and by "they" do you mean casino security?

If you do, I call bullshit. He wouldn't have to say anything, as there is no way you could drag a person from the gaming floor of Bally's to the beach without being seen by possibly 100 people.
 
First off,the casino security staff at Ballys AC is incapable of dragging anyone not using a walker anywhere. Secondly,no way that staff braves this weeks sub-frigid tempatures to take anyone down to the surf.
You do realize you most likely cost your friend his life by posting this on a publc message board.Did you forget,"They" have his id?
