Does anyone know of a land based casino that still offers Faro? I've read they haven't had it in Nevada since the 80's, didn't know if it existed anywhere else.

The more I learn about AP I can't look at a game now without trying to devise a means of beating it. With Faro if you only bet on a card when there is one left in the deck, you are playing a push game. Find a clumped or trackable shuffle and you should beat the house. Admittedly I need to shell out for a copy of Beyond Counting as Im sure Grosjean has already put the mathematics to a lot of my theories.shadroch said:I'm pretty sure its gone the way of the moderate republican.Extinict, defunct, just a pleasant memory. After reading how the game was played, the real question is why anyone ever played it.
Because it was legal to use a device to count the game. In fact, the casino kept the count for you:shadroch said:After reading how the game was played, the real question is why anyone ever played it.
