That's interesting. Red seven is more accurate than hi/low??? Maybe I'll try learning red seven. If I ever want to use hi/low, everything still applies except I would simply ignore all 7's.

What does everyone think of the "unbalanced" systems, such the the red seven??? It does seem easier to apply at the tables, because the running count it considered to be the true count, with no division or estimation of remaining cards to figure out.

The general idea seems to bet high when the count is high, and low when the count is low. But hold on. So what if the count is high??? That may increase your chances of getting a good hand, but it does the exact same thing to all the people at the table, and more importantly, to the dealer. The...

Ken, thanks for the information. Just a final question... Do you have to get a rating card? Wouldn't they be able to see all your wins and losses with that, and possibly catch on to any card counting??? Or does the card only depict how much you bet, and not how much you win???

If you bet $100 using four $25 chips, can you request from the dealer a $100 chip, instead of getting four more 25's??? Of course, this is assuming you won the hand... :)
