WOuld it be advantageous for dealer to stand on 16? If dealer stands on 16, should basic strategy be altered, and how? :eek:

I have a Blackjack game where the dealer stands on 16 (perhaps it's broken). Can anyone tell me what difference this would make statistically? Would the house advantage drop far below 5.9%?
