Same rules? I've never played in Reno, so I'll take your word that single-deck is still the norm in that region. But the rules of today's single decks are certainly much, much worse than they were decades ago when Uston reigned in the blackjack world.

Mediocre, at best The standard game in the area is 6 deck, H17, no surrender. There is no single deck game. The double decks are mostly unplayable due to poor rules. The only possibly playable double-deck is at Ameristar. I don't count, so I don't know about the pen.
