Is the dealer dealing less than 7 hands when it's just you and the dealer? If so, the dealer isn't dealing far enough into the deck to be profitable. If that's the case, just quit. Also, you need a higher betting ratio.
I just returned from Las Vegas and I have come to the conclusion that blackjack is no longer a beatable game there. It was possible say 30 years ago, but today, no. The games in LV are just too crappy and a complete waste of time. I headed to the downtown area where they still have single deck...
