As AP's sometimes we have those sessions where we count shoe after shoe with no juicy count to raise our bet. And finally the end of the shoe comes with a true count of +6 and u push out max bet. Then bad variance smacks you in the face with dealer BJ against your 3 hands of 20s. Then 10 more...
I say if you're going to tip, put a dollar for the dealer the first hand, first impressions are always good. And another good thing is if you're going to tip, do it when the pit boss is watching for example, "thanks for busting a lot man"
I was at work dealing today practicing my hilo while dealing to other players, btw I was dealing a 6 deck shoe hit soft 17 double any 2 split 3 times 1 card for each ace, ace split once. and 85+% penetration.
Anyways I was dealing and this guy meeting his dad at my table started complaining...
I'm a dealer and a counter and I count down 6 deck shoes with 85% pen shoes with hi-lo only if there is 1-3 people at the table just for practice.
when i'm dealing dd I use wong's halves. If it's a full table I just deal fast and try to entertain lol
and of course I play too :)
Wongs halves is very powerful. Trust me i dont mess up this count. I practice when i deal dd at work. Ive had tons of practice.
I just use this to try to avoid pb and the eyes in the sky as much as possible
