If one digs around a bit more on that site, there are also drills for counting an entire table, BS, and I18. Good stuff. And unlike a few sites I've found out there, I've found no errors in their BS. No surrender tables, though, unfortunately.
Just went back and compared my notes on some midwest casinos I've hit lately to the latest CBJN, and I have to agree. Some of those entries are at least a year or two out of date. I even saw one note which referenced an upcoming date of April, 2010.
In short, there's a lot of good stuff out...
Definitely start with CBJN, but my in my experience pen is much more variable in Midwest casinos than in Vegas. I am always able to find much better (and much worse) pen than CBJN indicates, especially in the HL DD games. As always, CBJN is a great start, but hardly the final word.

Played quite a bit at a double deck pitch game in the midwest recently. Rules were mediocre (no RSA or LS, H17), but the pen was highly variable (often up to 90%) and heat was non-existent. I managed to find a pretty weak dealer, lots of card flashing during play and shuffling, and many mispays...
Are you talking about debating with players out on the casino floor, or are you talking about the debates here on the message boards? Because here, there is much more to it than just what's the highest EV move.
