    Burn 20 Blackjack

I still own 'Blackjack Switch' but I've licensed the game to Shuffle Master - I keep my current Vegas customers along with the UK and Internet.

    Burn 20 Blackjack

Actually it was the other way around - it was designed for hole card play and I had to re-engineer for the UK. Funny thing is that the disadvantage of burning a '20' at the end of the hand (ENHC) is matched exactly by standing on 'Soft 17' so both US and UK versions have almost identical...

    Blackjack Switch

It's been a while since I visited these forums and, during that period, The Wiz has come up with a more easily defined 'Switch' strategy for the H17 game. The main difference in the S17 game, from what i remember, is that you hit 12 vs 5 & 6 as well - can't remember any other deviations from H17.

Correct :-) Not sure of the player reaction to the game as it's a little early to tell yet.

    A table of 12s vs dealer 2

21forme, You're right although it's possible that the shoe had less than 2 decks left (for example) before that round was dealt. The low cards would then have had a more dramatic effect on the true count. I'm surprised that the player on the end didn't query why seat 2 didn't split the...

    HE on ENHC blackjackswitch?

Switching away from a 'Blackjack' ? Hi UK-21, I wanted to check whether the simulator gave the correct decisions in the above example so I went to Mike Shackleford's site where he lists the ev's for each player hand verses the dealer upcard for 'Blackjack Switch'. Incidentally, the...

UK Casinos As I've been away for the most part before Christmas I'm not sure which casinos have the game. However, I will find out soon and will be listing them on my website. Hopefully not too many will remove the game after the trial has finished. Will let you know when I have the list.

    HE on ENHC blackjackswitch?

Ok, haven't got much time so I've just looked at the hands 10,6 and A,10 being dealt to the player and the 'switch' is identical for both 'Blackjack' guaranteed payout and not. With the hands above, you should 'not switch' against a dealer 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 & Ace and you should 'switch'...

    HE on ENHC blackjackswitch?

Switch away from a Blackjack It's possible that in high counts you would 'switch' against a 6. I think there would be times in neutral counts that you may also 'switch'. I know that in neutral counts you do not 'switch' away against a 10 or Ace if the 'Blackjack' is a guaranteed winner...

    HE on ENHC blackjackswitch?

Blackjacks If 'Blackjack' is an automatic winner there is never a case where you should 'switch' away from it against a 10 or Ace.

    HE on ENHC blackjackswitch?

I ran the simulation, a few years back, using several different count systems. I think that Zen came out best in the ones I tested although hi-lo was adequate. There are close decisions which I'm sure would change with slight shifts to +'ve or -'ve counts. 14 vs 2 is a close 'Hit' decision...

    Playtech switch blackjack online game

They should do unless they are treating it as an automatic winner. Incidentally, A,10 & 10,9 against a dealer 9 is the most obvious 'switch' away from a Blackjack that I know.
