True there is a cerain amount of "luck" involved, which is why the smaller amounts were wagered on the long shots (18 to 1 and/or 38 to 1 - if any wager at all). However, as long as at least the "Basic" strategy is used there are certanties in being able to get at least 2 to 3 consecutive wins...
