    KO RC-TC spreadsheet - 2/6/8 decks

By popular demand, I have updated the spreadsheet again. Now there are three tabs, one each for 6 decks, 8 decks, and 2 decks. Not sure how much this is necessary for 2 decks, but it only took a minute...

    KO RC-TC spreadsheet - revised

removing personal data from Microsoft document I looked up how to clean my spreadsheet just for this instance. I knew that when I have checked File, Properties for any Word/Excel/other MS documents, I always saw the name from my XP login in there. Not good when we like to be a little stealthy...

    KO RC-TC spreadsheet - revised

Thanks to 21forme and Mimosine for coming up with the original spreadsheet that shows the true count for given KO 6-deck running counts & decks remaining. I have revised the spreadsheet to make it more flexible. You can now specify your own initial running count, wong out TC, and two bet...

    Another Ko Question

I've been using KO for quite some time. One thing I like about it is that as I get comfortable with each aspect, from keeping the count, to betting strategies, to taking insurance, to changing basic strategy plays...there always seem to be more things to add to make it more effective...

Not sure if I "outted" myself in Vegas...

I agree that the spread you can get away with depends on the casino. Where I was, the table minimums usually range from 10-50 (although you can get 5 if you're willing to accept 6:5 or continuous shuffle...as if). At the 10-15 tables the dealers used to give a "check play" call whenever...

You could even count perfectly, but still give them the advantage if you're too timid with your bet spread. So I imagined that if they suspect you're a counter, they could watch you...

Not sure if I "outted" myself in Vegas...

Thanks for the insight. If casino employees are not allowed to play, that would definitely be a big vote for "random knucklehead". If anyone can confirm that, I'd appreciate it. I can't say for sure that he wasn't back-counting, but I kinda doubt it. It was lunchtime on a...

Not sure if I "outted" myself in Vegas...

Background: I'm a math-head. I learned to count for the entertainment and for the challenge. I'm not trying to make a living at it. I learned the KO system, and I'd say I've got it down cold. I go to Vegas once a year for a long weekend; stay on the strip and play maybe 12-18 hours a day (6...
