    I witnessed a high count--seems unlikely

    I played Foxwoods CT last weekend and twice, got a KISS III count in the 40's. This was in the middle of 8 deck shoes. The cards were being dealt slow so I'm sure of the count. I'm new to this system, is this common? (yeah- I made money!)

    Can anyone tell me at what point an American casino, (Foxwoods) will report your winnings to the government?
