Last week at Foxwoods, I doubled my 11 against a dealer 10. I pulled a 3. The dealer then asked me if I wanted to late surrender. Is this a new rule? I thought you could only surrender your first two cards. Anyways, what is the basic strategy for all surrends after doubling? I cannot find this...
