The BS chart Ive been using, doesnt differentiate "2 or 3 cards". I'd imagine it means if you get 3 cards to get your hand u dont hit? BS says hit 16 vs 10. Im always scared to hit 16, but ur supposed to. Also shouldnt matter how many players are at the table. BS is BS. Im a noob so Im sure...
