nope just been using the internet mostly. well lets say we are talking about a single deck. true count would be the count of the current round. (all cards on the table at the time) and the running count the count from the begginning of the shuffle. (please correct me if i am wrong).... ...

never mind . i have just read that in the casinos i play there is no penetration.. so they just shuffle it normally and give out the cards as usual

sorry for the stupid question but what is penetration. in my area they have casinos wih 6 decks , manual shoe and manual shuffle. after they shuffle a player cuts the deck. and its put into the shoe. any penetration on it ?
