Thanks for the clarification. I was creating a card for the casino I play at, and I was unsure about those issues.

I have a few questions: 1) In regards to early/late surrender: At the casino where I play, the players receive 2 cards, then the dealer deals himself 1 card face up. At this point, any player can surrender EXCEPT when the dealer is showing an Ace. Is this considered Early Surrender...
