I have an account on full tilt that I have never deposited on. I have a friend that plays there that is going to give me a player to player tranfer to fund my full tilt account. My question is, Can I give a player to player transfer even without deposit history?

The first time that I tried to deposit I went to meijers and bought a prepaid card, and it never worked on any of the sites I tried. I just looked it over and it doesn't say anything about valid only in US, I think. I gave up on that and used a regular card.

I play at sportsbook.com, and I never seem to be able to win there. I wanted to play on pokerstars but when I try to make a deposit it says that my cc has restrictions on it.
